Henry Elcock, known by his stage name "Augustus," is an artist from La Parfaite Harmony, located on the west side of Demerara, Guyana. His remarkable singing talent was evident from the age of five. Like many artists, Henry began his musical journey in his local church, which remains a significant influence on his music today. At 17, Henry decided to pursue music as a career. Now, at 21, he is a member of Timeless Music, producing an extraordinary level of music known as "Ghetto Gospel." This style blends Dancehall, Reggae, and R&B, incorporating his unique touch and captivating listeners of all ages. Augustus, who comes from humble beginnings, uses his experiences to help others through his music. Despite not being focused on the flashy aspects of life, Henry's dedication and talent have earned him a well-deserved place in Guyana's music scene.
